According to the indicated legislation, such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.

- Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

- Data provided voluntarily by the user

Legal Notice

The purchase order manifests the User's willingness to purchase the Product(s) indicated in the relevant order. The purchase order will be considered issued upon completion of the online purchase process, in the appropriate section within the Site. After entering the purchase order, the User will receive an order receipt confirmation e-mail indicating the order identification number and details of the Product(s) ordered (hereinafter "Order Summary").

Please note that the Order Summary represents only a communication from Maria Vittoria Velardi that it has received the purchase order entered by the User and, therefore, the purchase order will not yet be deemed accepted by Maria Vittoria Velardi. All purchase orders for a Product, in fact, will be subject to a specific acceptance by Maria Vittoria Velardi and will be considered accepted (and the contract for online sale and purchase of the Product will be considered concluded) when the User will receive an e-mail confirmation of successful shipment of the Product (hereinafter "Shipping Confirmation").

With a single Order, a User may purchase one or more Products without quantity limits, subject to availability of the Product(s) on the Site.

Maria Vittoria Velardi reserves the right to refuse an Order:

• when the Product(s) is not available;

• when Maria Vittoria Velardi does not receive authorization to charge the cost of the Product(s) to the User;

• when the User does not meet the eligibility criteria provided in the previous article;

• when at the time of purchase an obviously incorrect price is indicated and recognizable as such (prices too high or too low compared to the market average and without the indication of promotional claims).

Upon receipt of the Shipping Confirmation and / or Activation Code Confirmation by the User, the contract of sale and purchase online of the Product (the "Contract") shall be deemed concluded and fully binding on the User and Maria Vittoria Velardi (except in the case of material and recognizable error of the price referred to in Article 3.7). In this case Maria Vittoria Velardi reserves the right to cancel the order and cancel the shipment. The User will be contacted by Maria Vittoria Velardi to be informed and will receive a refund for the transaction made, in the same mode of payment used by the User for the online purchase.

Maria Vittoria Velardi undertakes to provide the attention that complies with this work to ensure the service offered to the customer. However, it is in no way responsible for failure to meet contractual obligations due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, as established by Italian law.

In addition, in case of non-substantial differences between the photographs of product presentation on the Site, the texts, illustrations and the products ordered, the Seller is in no way responsible.

Maria Vittoria Velardi is not liable in any case for loss of benefits, commercial losses, loss of information, loss of earnings or any other indirect or unforeseeable damage at the time of the use of the Site or the conclusion of the sales contract with the customer.
