We will evaluate together the possibility of resizing the ring.
The service costs €30 and includes the resizing and the new shipment.
The initial return shipment of the jewel is at the customer’s expense.
Once the ring has been received, we will proceed with the resizing and ship it back as soon as possible.

Ready To Ship jewels may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they do not meet your expectations.
How it works:The jewel must be returned unused, unworn and in its original packaging.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product amount, using the same payment method selected at checkout.
If the product shows signs of wear, damage or alterations that reduce its value, we may be unable to accept the return or may apply a deduction to the refund, proportionate to the condition of the jewel.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return shipment remains under the customer’s responsibility until it reaches its destination. We recommend insuring the shipment, declaring the full value of the item and selecting a trackable shipping service.
Jewels made to order, custom-made or personalized are created specifically for you and cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
