Every piece of jewellery is insured and tracked. You’ll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
Delivery times
Ready to Ship — jewellery ready for dispatch is sent out as soon as possible after your order is confirmed.
Made-to-order and personalised — each piece is crafted after you place your order. Production times are 2–3 weeks.
Costs
The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination, before you confirm your order. For the UK, the minimum order value is €160.
Deliveries outside the European Union
For Switzerland, the UK, Norway, Iceland, Serbia and all non-EU destinations, the jewellery will go through customs.
We calculate and collect VAT and import duties for the destination country on your behalf at the time of payment. You will see these as a separate item at checkout, before you confirm. You will not be asked to pay anything upon delivery.
If a parcel is refused on delivery or not collected within the time limit set by the courier, the costs of return and customs clearance will be borne by the buyer and deducted from any refund.
Delivery address
Please check the address before confirming your order. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change it: shipments that are undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur redelivery costs payable by the buyer.
